PURPOSE:To jointly use a personal computer or word processor with a large number of people, by connecting plural slave devices, each of which is composed of a display and keyboard, with a host device equipped with a main body, in which keyboard controlling board, etc., are connected with a CPU main board. CONSTITUTION:Signals are sent from the keyboard controlling board 4 of a main body 1 to the decoder 16 and multiplexer 18 of a keyboard 10 and further supplied to a key matrix 17. When any one of the keyboards 10 provided in a host device (a) and slave devices (b) is depressed, a coincidence signal is changed and the keyboard controlling board 4 discriminates that which keyboard is depressed. Coincidence signals generated from each slave device and host device are returned to a control box 22 through the one-channel driver 28 in a branching box 23. When selection is made through a slave device change-over switch 27, optional keyboard input data of the host device (a) and slave devices (b) are transmitted to the main body 1 through an one-channel receiver 25. |
