PURPOSE:To give functions as a shaft and a bearing to a plunger itself by forming non-magnetic body layer concentrically on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical member containing the plunger. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic proportional solenoid 10 comprises a housing 11, a plunger 12, a solenoid 13 and a cover 14. The housing 11 is composed of a first yoke 15 and a second yoke 16. An annular member 17 formed by non-magnetic material is laid between the yokes 15 and 16. A non-magnetic body layer 20 having resistance to wear such as Teflon is formed ranging over a whole outer peripheral surface of the plunger 12. |
