PURPOSE:To transmit the displacement of a pair of piezoelectric bodies under a highly rigid condition, by fixedly arranging each one end of a pair of displacing members to prescribed locations on a base in a prescribed direction and providing a displacement composing section composed of plural hinge sections and plural coupling members at the other end of each displacing member. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric bodies 1 and 2 are respectively arranged on bases 3 and 4 in such a way that their displacing directions can become perpendicular and parallel to the surface of a driven body 11. The piezoelectric bodies 1 and 2 are connected with an oscillator which acts as the driving source of the bodies 1 and 2 and a displacement composing section 19 which composes their displacement and transmits the composed result to a driving terminal section 10 is composed of a hinge section 22 coupled with the displacing terminal of the piezoelectric body 1 through a plate 20, coupling member 21 coupled with the hinge section 22, hinge section 25 coupled with the displacing terminal of the piezoelectric body 2 through a plate 23, hinge section 26 provided at the intermediate section of the coupling section 21, and coupling member 24 coupling the hinge sections 25 and 26 with each other, and they are formed in one body. The hinge sections 25, 26, and 22 are flexible to the rotational displacement of the hinge center and rigid to the other displacement and function as three pin joints and two rigid links. |
