PURPOSE:To improve the operability by adding the auto mode where the control of a corresponding stage is started automatically after a certain time though a flickered progression display push button switch (PB) is not depressed. CONSTITUTION:When an auto PB is selected to start a system, an electronic computer system 2 issues a control signal, and a power plant is operated for preparation of turbine start. When the power plant is set to a prescribed state and preparations for turbine start are made as the result, an electronic computer system 6 flickers a turbine start preparation PB. If the system 6 discriminates the absence of abnormality after the start preparation PB is flickered for a preliminarily determined time, this PB is lit continuously automatically though the PB is not depressed by an operator, and the system 6 issues a control signal, and the power plant is operated for turbine start. |
