<p>PURPOSE:To promote elimination or reduction of labor in assembly work, by fitting to a piston a boots piston in a condition that it is spread to be opened by air from a radial air blow port provided in a cylindrical jig. CONSTITUTION:A boots piston 10 is mounted so as to be fitted to a groove 11 along the upper surface of a circular plate-shaped part 5, and an inside end part 10a of the boots piston 10 is compressed to the outside by advancing a column part 6a of a conical pillar shaped part 6 to be fitted to an internal peripheral surface 1a of a piston 1 simultaneously supplying pressurized air from an air supply hole 7. In this way, the inside end part 10a of the boots piston 10 is fitted to a peripheral surface 2a of a piston working end part 2. Finally a jig B is lifted to a side of the piston 1 moving to the upper part the whole piston boots 10, and its inside end part 10a is fitted to a piston boots fitting groove 3.</p> |
