PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of a piston or the like even if an unexpected fault is caused by forming a through-hole wherein a stopping projection is perforated therethrough in an end face of a fluid type cylinder and providing a stopping device for stopping the stopper projection on the outside of the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:A stopping projection 8 is provided to opposite side to a piston axis 5 of a piston 7, i.e. to the upper part and a through-hole for perforating the stopping projection 8 is formed in a top end face 9 of an oil-pressure cylinder 4. The stopping projection 8 is stopped on a trestle 10 provided to a top end part of the cylinder 4 and a stopping device 11 for preventing the fall thereof is provided. This stopping device 11 is interlocked with the ascent and descent of the piston 7 and controlled and constituted so that the projection 8 is stopped only when the piston 7 is present in the most significant position and the stopping is released prior to the descent of the piston 7. |
