PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film which holds mechanical properties of a base film by making content of a good conductor of heat reduce and is superior in heat conductivity, by a method wherein the titled film is constituted of a matter that fine good conductor particles of heat whose heat conductivity is high are made to contain within said base film whose X-ray diffraction shows a specific peak value. CONSTITUTION:A target polyester (example, polyethylene terephthalate) film constituted of a matter that fine good conductor particles (it is desirably fibrous or barlike material and is alumina or aluminum or cellulose whose particle diameter is 0.001-5.0mum) having higher heat conductivity than that of a base material are made to contain desirably 0.1-15wt% within a base film whose value of a ratio (formula III) between a peak value X100 of a [100] face and that (formula II) of an expression I face measured by X-ray diffraction is more than 0.09 is obtained. |
