PURPOSE:To actuate a control device with a program implemented with a language other than those peculiar to the device, by providing a language converting section and storing the program in a storage section through the converting section. CONSTITUTION:A language converting section 10 is connected with a control section 1. A specification program implemented with an optional high-class language inputted from an operation displaying section 5 through the control section 1 is converted into a high-class language peculiar to this device and stored in a storage section 6 through the control section 1. When such arrangement is made, any program can be implemented with a language which is the most favorite language of a user and, therefore, the working efficiency can be improved.
