PURPOSE:The titled coating compound effective for preventing mildew, having improved moisture resistance, rust prevention, solvent resistance, etc., obtained by blending fluorinated organic synthetic rubber with a silica adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Base fine powder (preferably <=0.3mum particles) of fluorinated organic synthetic rubber (e.g., fluorinated acrylate rubber) is dispersed into (B) a dispersion medium (e.g., trichloro-trifluorhydrocarbon), and blended with (C) a silica adhesive, to give the aimed coating compound. In a blending ratio, preferably the ratio of the component A is 18-30wt% based on total amounts, the ratio of the component B is 60-75wt%, and the ratio of the component C is 3-6wt%.
