PURPOSE:To form a SUSHI (vinegared rice) preventing the collapse, and to provide a health-promoting food exhibiting decorative beautifulness, by forming a boat-shaped dish from a tangle sheet, seasoning and softening the tangle dish with a seasoning liquid, and placing a hand-rolled SUSHI on the dish. CONSTITUTION:A tangle seasoned and softened with a seasoning liquid is combined with a hand-rolled SUSHI composed of cooked and vinegared rice topped with raw fish or shell fish. The tangle is formed in the form of a boat, and the hand-rolled SUSHI is placed on the boat-shaped dish. Since the hand-rolled SUSHI prepared by this process is placed on a boat-shaped dish, it can be picked up without causing the collapse of the cooked rice. A delicious SUSHI can be prepared by the combination of the taste of SUSHI and tangle, and since the tangle is softened, it can be bitten off easily. It is effective from the viewpoint of health promotion because inorganic substances and basic amino acids can be taken from the tangle used as the dish. |
