PURPOSE:To produce a metallic body formed with a fine through-pattern on a curved surface by coating a protective film on a metallic plate on which a patterned resist is formed then curving the plate, stripping the protective film from the plate and etching the plate. CONSTITUTION:The photoresist is coated on the metallic plate and is patterned by exposure and development. The protective film consisting of urethane, etc., is then pasted to the metallic film. The metal is molded by extrusion working using a ball by which the metallic plate is curved to the prescribed shape. The above-mentioned protective film is stripped after the curving. The metallic film having the three-dimensional curved surface is etched and is thus formed with the prescribed through-pattern. An etching soln. consisting of an aq. soln. of 1.0-3.0g/l concn. of Fe(NO3)3.9H2O or electrolytic etching soln. consisting of an aq. soln. mixture composed of chromic anhydride and sulfuric acid is preferably used for the etching soln. for forming the through-hole if the above- mentioned metallic plate is Mo. |
