PURPOSE:To enable not only the waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion preventive properties to be augmented but also the durability of rollers to be improved by configurating a roller as desired in such a way that the circumferential surface and both sides of the roller are fitted with a cover which is made of resin and others such as rubber, urethane and others. CONSTITUTION:This roller is composed of an ordinary bearing and a cover which is made of resin to cover the outer circumferential and both sides of the bearing, and the cover is cemented with the bearing 1 at its (1) circumferential surface 3 by baking. Meanwhile, it is designed to exist a little gap 5 at the both sides of the bearing 1 so that its rotationary race of the bearing can be freely rotated. This configuration enables not only the waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion preventive properties of the bearing 1 to be augmented but also durability to be improved. |
