CONSTITUTION:When a control lever is made slide from the neutral position A to the forward movement speed change B side along a guide slot 31, a revolving arm 12 is rotated upward lightly, letting an engage roller 13 slide on a sliding edge 15 with pressure through a control arm 27 and a connecting rod 17.
