PURPOSE:To simplify the operation and to shorten the operating time with a controller of an electronic computer by performing the selection of a prescribed program and the start of a preceding program through a menu display in order to secure an initial menu display state at all times after the end of the prescribed program. CONSTITUTION:A display part 1 and a keyboard part 2 are connected to a host CPU6 of a personal computer via a control part 7. The part 7 stores a foreground FG4, a background BG5 and other programs. The menu display is carried out by a menu display part 8 connected to the part 7, and an output part 9 switches the displays on a screen according to the selection signal and starts the BG5 or a program 11. Furthermore, an input part 10 indicates the menu display again when a prescribed job is over. Thus the operation is simplified and the operating time is shortened with a controller of an electronic computer. |
