PURPOSE:To ensure a high shield performance without decreasing the Q of a tuner by forming incorporatedly an inductor and a capacitor on a dielectric board and shielding them. CONSTITUTION:Inductor electrodes 11, 12 and 13, 14 are arranged oppositely to the front and rear sides of the dielectric board 10. Earth terminals 23, 24 of each inductor electrode are set in the relation of difference opposite position. Moreover, each conductors 17, 18 having gaps 19-22 are arranged at the outside of each inductor. Thus, a resonance tuning circuit having parasitic distributed constant capacitors to a lumped constant inductor is obtained. Then the reduction in the Q of the tuner is prevented by the gaps 19-22 provided to the earth conductor. The high shield performance is obtained while preventing the reduction in the Q of the tuner by surrounding shiled devices 15, 16 made of a conductor material having a low absorption loss adjacently to the tuner.
