发明名称 TRANSMITTED LIGHT AMOUNT REGULATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a space occupied by a solar battery by integrally constructing means for regulating transmitted light quantity and the battery. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous silicon layer 13 and an ITO film 16 are not superposed in a thicknesswise direction in a region AR1. The film 16 of the region corresponds to segments for displaying information, and an amorphous silicon layer 13 is disposed to bury the remaining space. An ITO film 19 is formed only on the portion opposed to the film 16 surrounding the layer 13. The film 19 is entirely formed over the overall surface in an essential portion of displaying and light shielding portion 1a, and the film 16 is divided into 8 regions ARa, ARb, ARc, ARd, ARe, ARf, ARg and ARh. A solar battery unit SC in which many cells are connected in series is connected between the films 15 and 19 of each region. Thus, wasteful disposing space for the solar battery an be eliminated, and electric connection of transmitted light amount regulating means and the solar battery is simplified.
