PURPOSE:To decrease the change in the oscillating frequncy due to temperature change by providing a moving device for adjustment of oscillating frequency of a dielectric board or a case installed with a dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:The moving device 18 made of a turnable conductor chip is provided near the dielectric resonator 8. The moving device 18 is turned around a fixed shaft 19 to change the distance with the dielectric resonator 8. The moving device 18 is connected to a ground conductor 12 or a case 11. Thus, since the moving device 18 made of a conductor is provided in a magnetic field of the dielectric resonator 8, the feedback impedance by the dielectric resonator 8 is changed, that is, the resonance frequency is changed resulting that the oscillating frequency is changed. Figure shows that a metal is used for the moving device, which is provided on the dielectric board 9 and turned around the fixed shaft 19 and fixed by screwing the fixed shaft 19 at a position after adjustment and connected surely to the grounding conductor 20.
