<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent spectral characteristic by vapor-depositing an octa-4,5-phenylphthalocyanine coloring matter and an anthraquinone coloring matter to form a green coloring matter layer. CONSTITUTION:An octa-4,5-phenylphthalocyanine or its metallic complex and an anthraquinone coloring matter are deposited by the vacuum deposition method to form a coloring matter layer 3 on the surface of a substrate 1 provided with a resist pattern. This substrate provided with the coloring matter layer 3 is immersed in a solvent for the purpose of removing a resist pattern 2 under the coloring matter layer.
