PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of coupling debugging of other individual device by inputting optionally a data to a storage device, converting a stored data into an electric signal and outputting the result to an individual device via a communication line, converting the electric signal inputted from the individual device via the communication line into a data displayed on a display means so as to use a communication line monitor in place of one individual device in coupling debug of the individual device. CONSTITUTION:A signal from an individual device 1 enters a signal converter 7 and the content of a data is displayed on a display device 8. A person observes the display and considers the data to be transmitted next and transmits the data stored in a storage device 5 via a signal converter 6. As to the data not stored in the storage device 6, the data is written in the storage device 5 from an input device 4 and transmitted. Since an optional data is set to the storage device 5, the device is used in a way of general purpose in place of various kinds of individual devices B and the efficiency of coupling debug is improved.
