PURPOSE:To prevent a rotary fuel diffuser from diffusing fuel to the same one place, by periodically or non-peridically changing either periodical velocity of a rotary fuel diffuser or the period to discharge fuel of a feed oil pump. CONSTITUTION:To the statro circuit Wa, Wb, Wc of a transistor brushless DC motor M, which inputs signals from a position detector A of a rotor to a distributor B, and sequentially makes each transistor TR1, TR2, and TR3 which operate as switching elements interposing each stator circuit Wa, Wb, and Wc, a DC converter C is connected, and make a transistor TR4 of the switching element interposing the converter C open/close by a command signal which changes periodically or non-periodically being issued by a microcomputer and the like, changing a current value frowing rhrough the stator circuits Wa, Wb and Wc, resulting in the change of the rotational speed of the motor M, i.e. flight speed at the periphery of the fuel diffusing body 10. By the above construction, even if the period of fuel feeding of a magnetic motor P is con stant, the position from where the fuel is fed to the rotary fuel diffuser 10 can be displaced.
