PURPOSE:To supervise properly a faulty state with a simple device by giving an instruction of assignment of an animation picture and a deframing picture to each picture channel in response to a request from a supervisor or other separate device so as to correspond a television camera to a monitor television set (for animation and deframing pictures). CONSTITUTION:A supervisor H supervises normally an animation picture moni tor television set TV, and a TV. When an alarm device AL(7) or Al(4) is ener gized during automatic supervision of a picture change by picture change detec tion units CM(7), CM(4) aiming at a deframing picture, a picture channel (tele vision camera) of an alarm sender is displayed on animation picture monitor television sets TV and TVc in place of picture channels displayed so far by re-operation of switches SA, SB, SC, SD and SI. Further, in interlocking the AL(7) and AL(4) with the switches SA, SB, SC, SD and SI, a fault generation channel is switched automatically into an animation picture channel.
