PURPOSE:To receive and store new paper currency at a clocked date and to store old paper currency and new paper currency smoothly by setting the 1st and the 2nd modes in which the circulation time of old paper currency and the use start time of new paper currency are specified in the cash transaction device, and clocking the predetermined date by a timer means. CONSTITUTION:Various pieces of information inputted by a customer at the customer operation part 22 of the cash transaction processor are inputted to a CPU21. An internal panel 23 connected to the CPU21 is provided with a switch for setting modes for maintaining the device, and the 1st and the 2nd modes in which the circulation time of old paper currency and the use start time of new paper currency are specified are set. The paper currency processing part 25 and document processing part 26 of this device are controlled by the CPU21, paper currency which is thrown in is processed by the processing part 25 and stored, and document information processed by the processing part 26 is stored in a memory 27. Further, the timer circuit 24 clocks the predetermined date. The date clocked by the timer circuit 24 is inputted to the CPU21 and new paper currency and old paper currency are stored smoothly under the control of the CPU21. |
