PURPOSE:To equalize a corona discharge by making two ridges face to face out of the ridges to surround the surface of the substrate into straight lines and covering the whole surface of the substrate with an electrode for discharging. CONSTITUTION:A sheet for a dielectric is cut to the prescribed size, made into a lower part dielectric substrate 1a', and an electrode 2' for the dielectric of the prescribed size is formed by the screen printing on it. On the other hand, after the electrode are laminated and press-bonded, they are cut to the prescribed size, an electrode 3' for discharging and a substrate 1b' for the dielectric are formed, next, overlapped, mounted and press-contacted to the lower part dielectric substrate 1a' and the electrode 2' for dielectric and baked at the non-oxidizing atmosphere. Thus, since the electrode 3 for discharging is constituted so as to cover the whole surface of a substrate 1, the circumferential part of the electrode 3' for discharging can be easily made into a straight line, and the equal corona discharging can be obtained. |
