PURPOSE:To keep an upright characteriatic of pile part and perform an efficient heat exchanging operation by a method wherein the heat exchanger element is comprised of two metallic plane bodies which are parallel to each other and tseveral metallic lines and the heat coming from the heat exchanger contacting to the outside part of the plane bodies is guided to the inside part of the two plane bodies. CONSTITUTION:An upper fabric is A, a lower fabric is B, a pile thread is C (metallic line having a superior thermal conductivity similar to the material of the base fabric). The pile thread C is woven in sequence regularly into A and B while the base fabric A and the base fabric B are being woven. when they are woven in such a way as the clearance between the fabrics A and B is about 5 mm to 40 mm, a large number of pile threads C are woven regular ly and correctly between the base fabric A and the base fabric B to form the double fabric. The base threads used in the fabrics A and B is of a soft one having a copper wire of 0.1mmX5-0.05X20 and the pile thread C is of a single wire of copper of 0.2mm-0.3mm or 0.1X7-0.1mmX12. |
