PURPOSE:To reduce cost and to enhance dwelling comfortability, by applying electrodeposition paint to the interior of a car body and subsequently baking and curing the electrodeposition layer to form a paint film while coating said paint film with a synthetic resin adhesive before electostatically flocking a staple fiber. CONSTITUTION:An electrodeposition painting bath contains 5-20wt% of an anionic or cationic water-dilutable resin and pigment as main components and further contains a small amount of water, an org. solvent, an additive and a neutralizing agent. Electrodeposition painting is performed under such a condition that voltage is 100-600V, a time is 60-180sec and bath temp. is 20-30 deg.C to form a paint film. Subsequently, said film is baked and cured at 160-200 deg.C for 10-30min to form a paint film with a thickness of 10-30mum. Next a top coat such as thermoplastic acrylic lacquer is applied to said paint film and, after cursing, an adhesive is applied to the top coat layer and, subsequently, the direct electrostatic flocking process of a staple fiber is applied to the adhesive layer. |
