PURPOSE:To contrive the yield and the printing quality to be improved by making the sizes of the holes such that they are large at the center sections and small at both end sections thereof, with the holes provided in the heat generation resistance bodies and the sizes thereof made so that they correct the scattering of the resistances of the heat generation bodies. CONSTITUTION:The heat generation resistance bodies 121-124 disposed at the ends have the small holes in the centers thereof, and the heat generation resistance bodies 125-131 disposed at the centers have the large holes in the centers thereof. The sizes of these holes are decided corresponding to the distribution of a film thickness when the film of the heat generation resistance bodies are formed. Thereby, the resistance values of the heat generation resistance bodies are made uniform, and the yield thereof are improved, and a product having a high printing quality can be obtained. |
