The pâtés according to the invention, apart from the usual secondary constituents such as pork meat, beef and relevant fats, binder, eggs, milk and herbs, contain, as essential components, poultry hearts, for example up to 80 % by weight of the total composition. Food products of great dietetic value are obtained which are uncontaminated by toxic residues as is often the case with poultry livers or other offal (giblets). |
