PURPOSE:To obtain a device for effectively operating the individual characteristics of components without regulation by detecting the rotating speed of an induction motor, comparing it with a reference value, and varying the capacity of a capacitor connected with the motor by the compared output. CONSTITUTION:A rotation detecting element 17 detects the rotating speed of a gyro rotor 16. A reference oscillator 25 outputs a reference value for the output value of the element 17. A comparison memory circuit 26 compares the output value of the element 17 with the reference value, for example, by a comparator 27 having two binary counters K1, K2, four NAND gates A1-A4, and two NOR gates O1, O2m, and the compared result is stored in a memory 28. A capacity varying circuit 29 operates a relay RL1 on the basis of the output value of the memory circuit 25 to vary the entire capacity of a condenser. |
