<p>PURPOSE:To make the leading and trailing delay time equal at all times by adopting the constitution that a discharge transistor (TR) is nonconductive for both leading and trailing when an input pulse is changed, charging of a capacitor is started and the time when the voltage reaches a reference voltage is used as a delay time. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage at a terminal 1 changes from a high level to a low level or from a low level to a high level, a switching TR Q1 is nonconductive and the charging of a capacitor C1 is started. This state continues until a voltage at a terminal 4 reaches a reference voltage Vref of a comparator A1. When the voltage at the terminal 4 exceeds the reference voltage Vref, the output of the comparator A1 changes from a low level to a high level, an output of a D flip-flop D-FF reaches the same level as the input terminal 1, the switching TR Q1 is conducted and the voltage at the terminal 4 reaches again OV. Through the repetition of the operations above, the leading and trailing of a pulse undergo the same time delay.</p> |
