PURPOSE:To prevent contamination of wall surface and to enable easy peeling- off of stuck bills, by coating a coating material having thixotropicity with a vertical surface adhesion thickness of 0.5mm or more and imparting a cured film having rubbery elasticity and finishing the coated surface so as to form an uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:A non-volatile bleed component (e.g., paraffin, wax, polybutene or spindle oil) is added to a silicone rubber type paint material, an acrylic paint material or a top coat protective paint in an amount 1-70pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the paint according to necessity. This paint material having thixotropicity is applied to a zigzag, curved or random surface by using a trowel, a spatula, a brush or a roller brush to finish the same.
