PURPOSE:To prevent contamination of clean space, etc. by providing, in a dust- free adapter, an opening opened to the attached face side and an exhaust port communicating with the opening. CONSTITUTION:An opening opened to the attached face side is provided in a dust-free adapter 12 and an exhaust port 15 communicating with the opening is provided on the outer circumference of the dust-free adapter 12. Thereby because generation of dust due to air leakage of a fluid pressure operating equipment can be prevented simply by attaching the dust-free adapter 12 to an ordinary standard rod cover 8, the contamination of a clean space in a clean room, etc. caused by generation of dust can be prevented.
