PURPOSE:To enable a hollow accessory part in a high temperature state to be cooled within a short period, by feeding a cooling fluid into the hollow accessory part via a cooling nozzle by a fluid feeding apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Holding rods 72 are elevated to the maximum level, and a core material 36 of a hollow accessory part is anchored by anchoring devices 82. Then a heated parison F1 in a softened state is led, from a nozzle 4 of a leading apparatus 2, below molds 8, 10, and the molds are closed and clamped. Then when air is blown into the parison F1, the parison F1 in the softened state forced against the wall surfaces of recesses 12, 14 of the molds 8, 10 to be molded. Then, a fluid feeding apparatus 48 is actuated to lead cooling air into cooling pipelines 28, 30 thereby cooling the molds 8, 10 and the softened resin, a cooling nozzle driving apparatus 56 is driven to insert the tip of a cooling nozzle 44 into a cooling hole 38 of the core material 36, and a change- over valve 54 is opened to feed the cooling air to cool the core material 36.
