PURPOSE:To provide stable vibration-suppressing function by keeping balls in positions of spherical dent parts and getting rid of any mutual interference of the balls. CONSTITUTION:Each 20 is kept at each housing 16 side on four spherical dent parts 32 having a radius of curvature greater than tat of each of the balls 20. The balls 20 are placed on the spherical dent parts 32 as described above and support a movable element 14. The position of each of the balls 20 may be restricted by the spherical dent part 32 and, in addition, mutual interference of the balls 20 can be eliminated. The balls 20 can thereby make independent and smooth turn and the movable element 14 can make smooth action, whereby providing sufficient attenuating effect against vibration.
