PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by forming many stationary contactors on a substrate to form a converter, thereby composing the converter in a relatively small hardware. CONSTITUTION:A controller 11 is controlled by a computer 2, and a drive circuit 12 converts the output of a controller 11 into a drive signal of a stepping motor. A stepping motor mechanism 13 has basically a movable contactor 15 having a rotatably brushlike structure driven by the motor 14 and a copper foil placed on a substrate, and a stationary contactor 16 having wear resistance combined mechanically by plating rhodium thereon. |
