PURPOSE:To remove a resin matrix at high speed thereby enabling reinforcing fiber present therein to be exposed so that subsequent joining or the like can be effected favorably, by effecting stepwise and continuously from a first treatment to a seventh treatment to a prescribed part of a fiber reinforced resin body using a conveying apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A fiber reinforced resin body 53 is passed through from a first treatment unit I to a seventh treatment unit VI by a conveyor belt 54 to complete the treatment of the lower end. First, the resin body is heated in the first treatment unit I to be softened and is formed with large cracks in a resin removing liquid in the second treatment unit II by the vibrations of a vibrator 85. In the third treatment unit III, the resin body is further formed with small cracks by a combination of the vibrations of a vibrator and a high pressure jet of a high temperature resin removing liquid, and in the fourth treating unit IV, the resin body is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning by a heated resin removing liquid. Further in the fifth treatment unit V, the resin body is showered with jets of a heated resin removing liquid to wash off completely the resin solid remaining on the lower end part. Then, in the sixth treatment unit VI, the remaining resin removing liquid is evaporated, and in the seventh treating unit VII, the resin body is coated with a coupling agent. |
