PURPOSE:To execute at a high speed access control to a storage key in a computer system by adding a signal for discriminating two parts of the storage key to information which has been read out and transferring it, when reading out the storage key for storing each part indifferent memory devices. CONSTITUTION:A designated part of a storage key is read out based on a main storage address from a request origin such as a processor, etc. and a designation of an ACC/F part or an R/C part of the storage key, and the readout information is set to an ACC/F part register 1 or an R/C part register 2. Simultaneously, as soon as the readout information to the register is set,a latch 3 and a latch 4 are turned on, in case of readout of the ACC/F part, and in case of readout of the R/C part, respectively. Outputs of the latch 3 and 4 are sent out to an access origin processor, etc. by a signal line 5 and 6, respectively, and also, by controlling a gate circuit 7 and 8, the contents of the register 1 and 2 are sent out to the request origin. When a latch 9 is turned on for a necessary time, and an output effective signal is sent out to a signal line 10, the request origin receives each transfer signal during that time.
