发明名称 WORK TRANSFER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of giving instructions to a robot to the half and enhance the productivity by installing two conveyors in such a way as forming the letter V, and by carrying in and out works alternately to/from one working position. CONSTITUTION:A work to be processed is supported on No.1 work supporting truck 8, and another work on No.2 work supporting truck 10. Transfer mechanisms 9, 11 are operated to sent the No.1 truck 8 to the working position in a booth 3 and No.2 truck 10 to in front of the booth 3. Here a robot 2 is operated for specified processing to the work placed in the working position. Then No.1 truck 8 is retracted, and No.2 truck 10 is moved to working position to perform specified processing to the next work in place. Meantime the processed work shall be replaced, which will ensure that the service rate of robot 2 is raised and productivity enhanced. In addition, instructions to robot 2 as well as installation of booths 3 may be reduced to the half.
