<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to transfer a fluid at a required rotary speed without increasing seal pressure, by providing a rotary receiving casing covering a seal part and a rotary shaft in a narrow gap and injecting a fluid equal to a high pressure fluid in said gap. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft receiving casing 9 receives a rotary shaft 7 and joints 13 are provided to three circumferential parts to uniformly inject the same fluid as a development solvent in the gap between the casing 9 and the rotary shaft 7 through a tube. In this case, the gap between the casing 9 and the rotary shaft 7 is hermetically sealed by gaskets 10, 14 to form a hermetically sealed container and, if the fluid injected from the joints 13 are regulated so that the internal pressure of the hermetically sealed container becomes almost equal to the inlet side pressure Pi or outlet side pressure Po of a transfer fluid, the fluid can be well transferred under pressure exceeding the pressure between pressures Pi, Po regardless of the absolute value of the fluid pressure of the transfer fluid.</p> |
