PURPOSE:To realize the absorption of micro-vibration, by charging viscoelastic resin in a cylinder having a piston rod connected to at its free end to a vibrating member and incorporating a piston formed therein with communication holes which communicate between chambers on both sides of the piston. CONSTITUTION:Silicon bounsing putty 5 is charged in cylinder chambers both sides of a piston 4 inserted in a cylinder casing 1 which is sealingly closed at both ends by lid members 2, 3. Orifices 6 are formed in the piston 4 so that both side chambers are communicated with each other, and an adjusting screw 13 is screwed in the piston 4, externally, so that the front end of the screw 13 is projected into one of the orifices 6. Further, piston rods 4a, 4b are exteneded on both sides of the piston, sealingly and retractably piercing through the lid members 2, 3, resectively. Further, the piston rod 4a is connected to an object whose vibration is to be absorbed, through an attaching hardware 7. |
