PURPOSE:To produce a belt having long service life while causes low noise with high productivity by supporting a friction block not movably in longitudinal direction of belt by means of a gearing block fixed to an endless tensile band. CONSTITUTION:V-belt 1 is constructed with two endless tensile bands 2, 3, a gearing block 4 secured to said bands 2, 3, a gearing block 4 fixed to said bands 2, 3, and a friction block 5 supported not movably in longitudinal direction of belt. While winding over a pulley 6, only the sidefaces 5a, 5b of the friction block 5 will contact against the groove face 6a of said pulley 6. In other word, the sidefaces 4a, 4b of the gearing block 4 will never contact against the groove face 6a of the pulley 6. |
