PURPOSE:To confirm to whom wherein and under what condition the information has been sent, by storing in advance an address of a destination to which the information has been transmitted, and its condition, in an information transmitting device for selecting automatically a destination by which an attribute value provided to the information to be transmitted satisfies the condition related to the information required by a receiving side and transmitting the information. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission table 5 is made empty, and transmitting information is stored in a transmitting information buffer 1, and an attribute value of the transmitting information is stored in an attribute value buffer 2, a selecting means 4 reads out the attribute value stored in the attribute value buffer 2. Also, the selecting means 4 reads out successively all stored records from a destination table 3, evaluates its conditional expression 31, selects all records in which its result becomes true, stored them successively in the transmission table 5, and also sends them to a transmitting means 6. The transmitting means 6 which has received the record selected by the selecting means 4 transmits the transmitting information stored in the transmitting information buffer 1, to a destination 7 indicated by a destination address in the record.
