<p>PURPOSE:To efficiency regenerate a filter, by constituting a device such that only a solvent is injected prior to the injection supply of a catalytic solution when it is injected to be supplied to the surface of a particulates filter provided in an exhaust system. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust gas purifying device providing a particulates filter 7 for catching a combustible particle in exhaust gas in the half way of an exhaust passage 6, the device provides in the exhaust passage 6 in the upstream side of said filter 7 an injection device 8 injecting a catalytic solution promoting combustion of the combustible particle. This injection device 8 is constituted by an injection nozzle 9, catalytic tank 10 storing the catalytic solution and a pump 12 or the like, and a communication pipe 11, provided between the pump 12 and the nozzle 9, connects with a solvent injection device 13 comprising a solvent tank 14, storing a solvent, and a pump 16. And the above injection devices 8, 13 are controlled by a control circuit 25 so that only the solvent is injected prior to injection of the catalytic solution when it is injected from the injection nozzle 9.</p> |
