<p>The power-driven bench and mitring saw has means for extraction of the sawdust. It has a housing shielding a rotary blade and hinging on the bench, which in turn hinges in a supporting frame. Above and as close as possible to the hinge axis (7) of the saw (6) is a union (22) for an exhauster hose (23) in the side of the housing (18). A passage is machined in the latter, running initially from the union at right angles to the plane of the saw blade (10), and then tangentially in this plane to the lowermost point of the blade.</p> |
