PURPOSE:To make a mobile person, etc. execute a job efficiently by giving suitably an instruction by a picture, by registering in advance a telegraphic message together with ID data, when the transmitting side of the telegraphic message requires it, so that a necessary telegraphic message can be received by using the ID data as a key even from a facsimile device installed in any place. CONSTITUTION:11,...,1m denote terminals installed in a company, etc. to which a mobile person belongs, ID data is sent from data transmitting and receiving machines 21,...,2m to facsimile devices 31,...,3m which are connected, respectively, and this IC data, for instance, is contained in a control signal and transmitted from the facsimile devices 81,...,8n. The facsimile devices 81,...,8n are connected to ID card readers 91,...,9n, respectively, and when an ID card is inserted into an ID card inserting port, the ID data is read from its card and sent out to the facsimile devices 81,...,8n. |
