<p>PURPOSE:To enable printing capacity to be kept from deteriorating by inputting printing data converted to serial data and a shift pulse from a down counter to a printing shift register and energizing a heating block. CONSTITUTION:A data structure of a microcomputer CPU is composed of printing data A and effective data length B, and outputs a preset pulse 1 to a parallel/series conversion shift register F every time printing data A is read out, and outputs a preset pulse 2 to a down counter G every time effective data length B is read out. Then the down counter begins a count-down of printing data and continues outputting a shift pulse from Q terminal until the count reaches zero. The printing capacity does not deteriorate by transmitting a shift pulse 4 from the down counter to the heating block E of a thermal printer, if the number of dots in a single dot line increased, and the processing capacity of a computer does not become low.</p> |
