PURPOSE:To facilitate grasping the recording result remarkably by providing a means to recognize the message printing and a recording means to record a prescribed mark with the message printing. CONSTITUTION:While measuring, an analog recording pattern about an input signal is formed on a recording line. Then, the message printing is set in advance by a setting means 5. When an input place is specified at the time of setting the message, the recording means 8 is controlled by an arithmetic means 4 and the mark 91 is recorded on the analog recording pattern on the line of the message printing time of the specified place and the message printing and the time printing are performed. Further, at the time of setting the message, when the input place is not specially specified, the mark 92 is recorded on an end part or the whole and the message printing and the time printing are performed. In this way, at the time of the message printing, the message and time of which recording position can be easily read by intuition by putting the specified mark on the line of the message printing time.
