摘要 PURPOSE:To substantially improve the operation efficiency by applying silicon oil to the surface of an amorphous sheet, and then performing magnetic field annealing, thereby providing a condition that the amorphous sheet is properly bonded to each other. CONSTITUTION:After applying silicon oil 14 to an amorphous sheet 13, magnetic field annealing is performed. Even if the silicon oil to be applied to the amorphous sheet is heated to 300 deg.C-400 deg.C, it is stable in performance, it generates no carbon, and it does not adversely effect the core characteristic. Further, the maximum temperature of the magnetic field annealing is 300 deg.C-400 deg.C. When a ring-shaped core 11 is wound up, the silicon oil 14 is applied to the amorphous sheet 13 from a drum 12. The amorphous sheet 13 is put in adherence state by the surface tension of the silicon oil 14 in relation to its thinness. In addition, this adhesive force is such that separation can easily be performed. Further, since magnetic field annealing is performed after the silicon oil 14 is applied, the amorphous sheet 13 is semi-welded to each, and is not split apart if the lap cut portion is opened.
