METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY AT OPERATING SECTION OF MACHINE

PURPOSE:To detect abnormalities at an operating section of a machine, by always comparing the acoustic or temperature reference value of the machine at the time of normal operation with the acoustic or temperature value at the time of operation measured by means of sensors. CONSTITUTION:Acoustic values or temperature values of a machine at the time of normal operation are measured by means of sensors directly provided in the vicinity of the bearing or other operating sections of the machine and stored as reference values. Then the acoustic values or temperatures at the time of operation of the machine are measured and compared with the reference values. As a result, the abnormality of the operating sections of the machine is detected.
