PURPOSE:To reduce any electric power loss by reducing any in series resistance parts by a method wherein dividable adjoining intervals of semiconductor photoactive layer coated on multiple regions are irradiated with energy beams under atmosphere of reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:Dividable adjoining intervals of semiconductor photoactive layer coated on multiple regions are irradiated with energy beams under reducing agent atmosphere. Individual semiconductor photoactive layers 3a, 3b, 3c are isolation-formed by means of removing adjoining intervals 3' by irradiation with laser beams outputted pulsatively by Q switch manipulation. As a result of the laser irradiation, exposed parts 2a', 2b' of photo receptor electrodes 2a, 2b, 2c are reduction-processed to metallize the exposed parts 2a', 2b', 2c'. Finally photoactive layers in the regions adjoining said metallized and exposed parts are directly coupled with the extended parts of backside electrode of oxidative metal coming into contact with the photoactive layers. |
