A heat- and storage-stable green beverage is described, which contains yellow to yellow-green plant juices or plant pulp or a mixture thereof in an amount of 25 to 100% by weight. The beverage is characterised in that it contains an addition of blue algae, in particular Spirulina algae, and, if required, a suspension stabiliser. The amount of blue algae is preferably 2 to 15 g/l of the finished beverage. These green beverages have an excellent heat- and storage-stability. |
